The forming and walking machine for the production of prefabricated box culverts works in an automatic cycle with the possibility of switching to manual operation. The frame structure made of closed profiles is stable and the way in which the form was attached prevents it from swinging and transferring vibrations to the body. Vibrators are installed in the machine, which provide excellent vibration, thanks to which we obtain a good quality product. The machine works in a walking system, i.e. it moves on wheels, forming elements on a concrete square. The control system is carried out in cooperation with the operator's panel with a platform for the operator. In order to maintain the highest level, the entire machine was fenced with a safety net.
