Concrete feeders

The 1.5 m3 concrete container is made of steel, equipped with an electro-vibrator and radio control. Elements of sheet metal, flat bars and angles are permanently connected with each other by welding. At the top, the tank has transport handles, which can be moved (transported) by means of e.g. a crane or an overhead crane. The frame of the conveyor is a spatial lattice structure, welded from square sections, channels and flat bars. Rubber tape - smooth, made as one whole, connected in a closed circuit (by vulcanization). Support rollers are attached along the entire structure of the frame. There are also scrapers at the end of one of the frames, which are mounted under the belt on the tensioning or driving drum. They are designed to clean the tape from any contaminants sticking to it.
