A bending machine for reinforcing mats made of a steel structure, its task is to bend the reinforcing mesh placed between the locking pins. The bending of the net lasts until the bumper hits the limit switch, and then the bending arm returns to the “0” position. Mat bender is powered by a hydraulic unit. It is equipped with 30 bending pins (Fi 30), which are able to bend a maximum of 30 rods with a diameter of Fi 12. The device is equipped with a manually adjustable bumper, the maximum length of the mesh used is 3000mm. The folding machine is equipped with a foot switch that activates the hydraulic unit and thus the process of bending reinforcement mats. The design ensures functionality, operational reliability, efficiency, safety and ease of use.
