CNC 3D Axis 5 milling machines built entirely of steel / open construction, equipped with a vacuum table for gripping EPS blocks with max. dimensions 1500x1500x500 [mm]. Milling machine in a special version, equipped with additional A, B axes (270º and 180º) for milling special technological holes in the side wall of the base unit. They have a manual tool / milling tip change, its replacement during g-code operation consists in stopping the rotating tool, driving to the side edge of the table, here the operator changes the milling tip, after returning to the control panel, the further machining process is started by pressing the button. CNC 3D Axis 5 milling machines have a safety net, which is individually adapted to the room in which the machine will work, and the entrances to its field are protected by laser barriers. Each of our milling machines is equipped with a touch control panel, thanks to which the operator can control all functions of the CNC milling machine.
