Vibropressed molds for base bottoms
DN1000, DN1200, DN1500 by the vibro-pressed method on a vibrating table, they are adapted to work with a rotating beam. The molds are made in a welded and rolled construction, equipped with a hydraulically adjustable in height casing and a core with the possibility of replacing its upper part and adapting to the production of bottoms with an EPS insert. The mold has slots for locking on the vibrating table, hydraulic locks for locking sleepers (pallets), hydraulically adjustable ring height and detachable casing height spacers. Thanks to the use of an innovative gasket, the "semi-dry concrete" used in the molds does not cause contamination of the mold and the vibrating table below.
