Mold DN1500

Mold is made for Tornado machine. Rings wall is thickness of 150mm, for max. 1000mm high. The core for making DN1500 rings, suitably strengthened with a hydraulic system of direct vibration of the steps. The mould is equipped with grippers for transport reinforcement, built into the top of the core, with all the necessary hydraulic components. Possibility to adjust the ring on the core for lower sleepers every 30mm and equipped with a distance basket mounted on the core.
